A small bunny searches for its mother and learns all about barnyard animals along the way.

A cute little bunny approaches several bigger animals, asking each one, "Are you my mommy?" At the turn of each page, the larger animals reveal their own young, allowing little ones to learn what baby chickens, horses and pigs are called. Shaped die cuts in the pages add both visual and tactile interest, as when the pages are turned, they create the outline of the baby animal set against the mother’s coloration on the previous page. Of course the tiny traveler discovers its mother by book's end. The book radiates warmth with soft curved lines used to form the characters and scenery. Distinct visual patterns add an extra dimension to each page. Each segment of the bunny's journey employs different color patterns that entice even the youngest of readers.

A sweet and satisfying quest.
