A movie based on Jennifer E. Smith’s The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight is headed to Netflix, Variety reports.

The streaming service bought the rights to the film, an adaptation of Smith’s 2012 young adult romance novel. The book follows Hadley, a young woman who meets a charming Ivy League student, Oliver, on her way to her father’s wedding in London. A reviewer for Kirkus called the novel “a closely observed, ultimately moving tale of love, family and otherwise.”

The film adaptation is directed by Vanessa Caswill, and written by Katie Lovejoy.

Haley Lu Richardson (The Edge of Seventeen) plays Hadley in the movie, while Ben Hardy (X-Men: Apocalypse) stars as Oliver. Other cast members include Rob Delaney (Catastrophe), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’s Diary), Tom Taylor (The Dark Tower), and Dexter Fletcher (Layer Cake). Jameela Jamil, who made her acting debut in the sitcom The Good Place, narrates the movie.

The film is one of three projects in the works based on Smith’s novels. Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between is being adapted into a film directed by Michael Lewen, while Field Notes on Love will form the basis of a movie that’s currently in pre-production. Actor Jordan Fisher will star in both of those films.

Smith posted on Instagram about the Statistical Probability movie, writing, “I’m so in love with this film, and so grateful to everyone who worked so hard to make it happen. I know some of you have been waiting a very long time for this adaptation, and I’m so excited for you to finally see it. I couldn’t love it more, and I hope you’ll feel the same!”
